Procedures

 

  1. Document the letter of the Ministry of Social Development at the Register.
  2. Visit the Department of Disabilities Exemptions to submit the application.
  3. The concerned person will be called for an interview.
  4. A decision of approval or rejection is issued based on the recommendation of Exemption Committee by means of an approval of the Director General or whoever is authorized.

  • A letter by the Ministry of Social Development.
  • Necessary medical reports.
  • A copy of the Civil Status ID Card + a copy of the Family Book.
